3,000 square feet, 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath ~ multi level. Our Exterior will look a little different, we are in an all stucco community, so our entire house will be stucco, also we have a 3 car garage. We did a lot of customizing to this plan...the mudroom, was originally divided up into 2 rooms, a laundry room and a mud room, so we combined them. We customized the island as well. And we added the third bathroom upstairs to bedroom #4. We are also getting a full basement, so the entire area under the Dining Room, Kitchen, Dinette, Great Room and Mudroom will all be our basement size. We absolutely love this floorplan!!
